- Small GROUP classes of up to max 4-8 people
- “Private” groups/DUOs , 2-4 people (closed to general attendance)

ONLINE SESSIONS
- Group classes can be attended in person and online.
- Private sessions in the comfort of your own home via Zoom

Standard monthly rate for 6 months, payable upfront for the month ahead. Unlimited online or in person group classes every month. Zoom class recordings are emailed so you can do classes at your leisure over weekends or should you miss any classes.
Home Visits & Corporate Events
A quotation will be based on:
- location/area
- time of day/duration of event
- number of participants
- equipment requested
