Join Carine and Toni for a gentle weekend, away from the harshness of Joburg this autumn, at the ‘off-the-grid’ Goodehoop farm just outside of Dulstroom.

We’ll spend the weekend nourishing ourselves with elemental flows and processes , grounding, comforting food, and supportive movement flows.
